Candle Safety & Use Disclaimer
Please exercise caution when using candles. Burn at your own risk. Always place a lit candle on a
heat-resistant, stable surface to prevent damage. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it
away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Keep candles free of debris such as wick trimmings
or matches. Avoid burning near drafts or walking with lit candles. Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch to
prevent excessive smoking or carbon buildup. Do not allow candles to burn completely down—stop use
when ½ inch of wax remains. Containers may become hot; handle with care. Never use cracked or
chipped containers. Delivered Diva LLC assumes no responsibility for injury, property damage, or
misuse related to candle use. By purchasing our products, you agree that candle burning is at your own discretion and risk.

Candle Care: - Rotate candles ¼ turn with each use to ensure even melting. - Extinguish candles using
a snuffer to prevent wax splatter. - Allow candles to cool completely before trimming or relighting. -
Remove any decorative, flammable accents before lighting. - Our candles are primarily for decorative
purposes and may vary in scent intensity. Cup Care (Tumblers and Drinkware): - Handwash only – do
not place in the dishwasher. - Do not microwave – these products are not microwave safe. - Do not
soak – prolonged soaking may damage the design or adhesive layers. - Avoid harsh scrubbing or
abrasive cleaners; use mild soap and a soft cloth instead. - Handle with care to maintain the finish and
embellishments.

Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final except as noted below. Non-Refundable Items:
Burned candles, used products, or items returned due to personal fragrance or color preference.
Eligible Returns: You may return unused, unopened items within 7 business days of receipt if they are
defective or damaged upon arrival. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Once received
and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping Policy: Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Delivered Diva LLC
reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order and to modify prices, products, or policies without prior
notice.
Fragrance & Color Variations
Because our candles are handcrafted, color and scent variations are natural and not considered
defects. Gel candles may have a lighter fragrance compared to soy candles. Our products are designed
to provide low to medium scent throws, varying by batch and oil composition.

- Never leave a burning candle unattended.

- Always place candles on a heat-resistant, level surface or coaster.
- Do not burn candles in chipped, cracked, or damaged containers.
- Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.
- Avoid touching or moving a lit or hot candle.
- Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch and avoid debris in wax.
- Use a candle snuffer to extinguish—do not blow out directly.
Our candles are designed for decorative use, with low to medium fragrance levels—some lighter than others. Gel candles generally have a fainter scent than soy candles.

TUMBLER CARE
Each tumbler is handmade and may vary slightly in color, design, and detail. Some color differences may occur due to lighting, screen display, or design batch—this is normal and not considered a defect.
To keep your tumbler looking its best:
- Hand wash only with mild soap and cool water
- Do NOT soak or scrub harshly
- Do NOT use in dishwasher
- Do NOT microwave
- Allow to air dry thoroughly after washing
- Avoid exposing to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods
Proper care will help preserve your tumbler's custom design and ensure long-lasting use.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted.

You have 7 business days from delivery to request a return for unused, unburned items in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval.
