- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects.
- Always place candles on a heat-resistant, level surface or coaster.
- Do not burn candles in chipped, cracked, or damaged containers.
- Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.
- Avoid touching or moving a lit or hot candle.
- Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch and avoid debris in wax.
- Use a candle snuffer to extinguish—do not blow out directly.
Our candles are designed for decorative use, with low to medium fragrance levels—some lighter than others. Gel candles generally have a fainter scent than soy candles.

- Burn 2–3 hours at a time for best results.
- Rotate candle ¼ turn with each burn to ensure even melting.
- If the flame appears too short, pour out excess melted wax.
- Do not allow flame to touch the sides of the container.
- Set glass containers on trivets or wire holders to protect surfaces.
- Allow the candle to cool completely before trimming or relighting.

TUMBLER CARE
Each tumbler is handmade and may vary slightly in color, design, and detail. Some color differences may occur due to lighting, screen display, or design batch—this is normal and not considered a defect.
To keep your tumbler looking its best:
- Hand wash only with mild soap and cool water
- Do NOT soak or scrub harshly
- Do NOT use in dishwasher
- Do NOT microwave
- Allow to air dry thoroughly after washing
- Avoid exposing to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods
Proper care will help preserve your tumbler's custom design and ensure long-lasting use.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted.
Shipping & Processing Information
Please note that most of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. We appreciate your patience and support for our handcrafted approach.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. However, please note:
- Candles may not be returned due to fragrance or color preferences.
- Color batches may vary and are not considered defects.
- Burned candles are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. No exceptions.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order or change prices/products at any time without notice.
You have 7 business days from delivery to request a return for unused, unburned items in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within your card issuer’s timeline.
