Event Booking Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Delivered Diva LLC to help create a memorable and enjoyable experience. To ensure a smooth and successful event, please review our booking guidelines below.
Booking Requirements
- A minimum of 15 guests is required to book an event.
- Events with fewer than 15 guests will still be charged the minimum event rate.
- Due to the nature of our small business, the maximum guest limit is 40 people.
- Guest counts are firm. No haggling or negotiating on guest numbers or pricing will be accepted.

Deposit & Payment Policy
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
- All event details and guest counts must be confirmed no later than 60 days prior to the event date.
- Final payment must be received at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
- Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the event booking.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

- Delivered Diva LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not comply with our policies and guidelines.
